Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Exchange

We will happily exchange your order for ..
another item of equal or lesser value, provided that you pay the shipping costs incurred during the exchange. If there is a problem with your order due to an error on our part, please just let us know. The problem will always be remedied at no cost to you.

Returns/Refunds

All unopened merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt in order to obtain a credit or refund. Defective merchandise will either be replaced and re-shipped without charge.

Cancel An Order

Orders can be canceled prior to shipment
Once an order has been shipped/delivered, the order can be returned (unopened) and we will refund purchase price less shipping cost.

Items that are not returnable or require RMA

Special order items including, but no limited to:
Custom flavors, Custom blends, opened items.

For security reasons.
Opened Items without RMA will not be accepted.
Opened items include:
Box opened and resealed
Sending opened box (resealed) as “refused” is against the law
